From October 27th to 29th, 2023, Roseau will transform into a cultural haven, showcasing the rich tapestry of Creole music and heritage. Antiguans and Barbudans, with their deep-rooted connections to Dominica, eagerly anticipates this celebration of shared culture and history.

The Antigua and Barbuda Association of Toronto (ABAT) will be hosting a virtual event in collaboration with Council of Caribbean Associations Canada (CCAC) and Be the Change. This event will provide students from the Caribbean an opportunity to learn about the application process for Canadian colleges along with the VISA application process.
As one of the members of Team Antigua Island Girls, if I had to tell you what made the Pacific row in June-July 2023 so much more intense than our Atlantic row in 2018-19, I would start and end with the weather conditions. Yes, there were other challenges before, during and after but those are stories for another time. The weather, however, set the tone for our respective rows.
